I love turkey. I cook a lot of turkey. Smoked, deep fried, roasted, grilled, Dutch oven, whatever. I pride my self on being a turkey cooking expert. However, I’m not perfect, I sure screwed this one up. This was my first attempt with a turkey in the Old Smokey Electric Smoker. Yet, it was my fault, not the smoker’s fault.
