In 2 days, I did an inspection on a 2017 Phaeton and a 2013 Phaeton. The slide seals on the 2017 were in much worse condition compared to the 2013. Both RVs have been in Arizona their whole life. While I cannot say with any certainty the slide seal "protector" caused the problem, I can say I do not recommend the treatment and would rather the seals be kept clean, the slides adjusted properly, and to save your time and money.
Let me know what you think.
