The first one (Lexington Broadcast Services) is the oldest, and came from the end of a "Sha Na Na" episode. I wonder if it was created with an analog motion graphics machine like the one described here: youtube.com/watch?v=0wxc3mKqKTk

The other two are newer, the first is a locally generated ad for an MTV-like show called "Hot Rox" and looks like they generated it with a titler. The final and fanciest is NBC. These last 2 were from a tape of the "Smurfs Springtime Special"
