You never know what's going to happen in a quick 3 day road trip with your brother! Each year we make a mad dash up to Montana to check in with our Kamut wheat farmers but we also have a lot of snacks, fun and some light sibling bickering.
So many miles and adventures on so little sleep. David and I are so busy that we don't actually get to hold still and think for a minute. We tried for 30 seconds of quiet reflection, but we weren't very good at it!
The intrusive thoughts just kept coming...

Kamut® flour is NOT gluten-free, but has often been found to affect people differently than typical flour gluten. Some studies have shown that Kamut® flour and products might be more digestible for people who experience symptoms of gluten intolerance.
