PART 2 --- ERROR NOTICE ! THE U Joint Bolts and those washers are 3/8 X 24 thread not 5/16ths as I say in the video . My Goof . This is the NEW type of seal at least it is new to me which I am trying for the first time it is made of small diameter tubing and forms like an O-Ring in the U joint . Dissassembly of the U joint was easy and no problem Re assembly was difficult mostly due to the holes in the new gaskets being to small . The company that makes this seal includes one sheet of instructions. The U joint has about 50 miles on it now and so far shows no leakage and it WAS leaking a lot . I pumped 110 pumps of grease into the U joint housing . The instructions say to pump it FULL but I know it still had some in it from the last time I filled it . At any rate it does seem to be working well with no leakage . I really believe I could have done a better job on this video but I am not going to take the U joint apart to do it over so here it is for what its worth . I got this seal on Ebay and wanted to try it I could not find anything about it on the Internet so decided to share my experience here on Youtube . BOB
