Many of ypu have quietly asked about the ATV. Here's some context. Mobility is an enabler for emergency communications, and communications preparedness. If we can't get to the places where our skills and Communications assets would be most effective, it's the same as if we wouldn't have deployed at all. There's no A for effort and emergency communications and preparedness.
