Jeff retells the historic November 1933 kidnapping of Brooke Hart, son of a wealthy San Jose merchant couple, who ended up dead and two suspects being arrested. They didn't get a trial because a mob of thousands broke into the San Jose Jail and took them across the street where they met their own fate.
