Mljet is known as Croatia's greenest island and it was one of the beautiful stops on our Croatia island hopping cruise. We visited Mljet National Park which makes up a small portion of the island. 84% of the island is forest. We hiked along emerald lakes and then took a boat ride to St. Mary's Island, where we visited the 800 year-old church and monastery complex. All in all, a very beautiful place to visit.
