This is a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS). Played on SwareJonge's Dolphin 5.0 LUA Core v3.5.2. Tools used: slow-down, savestates, frame advance, TAS input, TAS code, and RAM watch (info display).

TAS BKT Cut: -1.701
Previous BKT (2:12.843 by myself and Lamejoin): youtu.be/aA66-ygfMHw
Current RTA BKT (2:15.732 by Victor): youtube.com/watch?v=LZVSZf6T78s

Lamejoin's (youtube.com/user/l4m3join01) inputs were used up to 0:35, where I then branched off. The inputs from the 2:12 were used up to the beginning of lap 2, where you can then see the ghost in comparison.

I've been working on this on and off since July. I had 4 main bursts of motivation that I used to complete this TAS. The first one was the end of July, that brought me to the middle of lap 2. The second one was the beginning of September, which brought me near the end of lap 2. The third one was the middle of October, which brought me to the middle of lap 3. The fourth one was the middle of November, which brought me to the end of lap 3.

About the category:
Since there's still no unanimous decision among the TAS community regarding whether the MT turnskip should fall in no ultra or no glitch, I've named this video "no glitch, no turnskip" to eliminate any ambiguity.

About the timecut:
The lap 1 of the 2:12 was made in about 6-8 hours, whereas the rest was made in less than an hour combined. The lap 1 time was also significantly faster than lap 2/3, and for MT, you get a huge amount of boost leading into the lap, so lap 2/3 should be significantly faster than lap 1. This TAS corrects the inconsistent laps from the previous TAS and also improves upon the strats further.

Flaws corrected from previous TAS:
Lap 2 - All turns are taken better. The first log and wiggler section use the appropriate strats (not performed as best as they could be though). The U turn is no longer missing the "wifi glitch" strat (coined from an incorrect assumption that you can only get a boost from the zipper from the base of it in wifi rooms). The last ramp no longer has a drift lowtrick, and now has the proper double trick.
Lap 3 - Same improvements as in lap 2, except... The net and last ramp section is done correctly, as I end on the left side instead of the right. The correct type of walltrick is done as well.

New strats compared to previous lap 1:
Lap 2 - The turn after the wiggler section and second log feature new movement, which is much faster than what is done on lap 1. The "wifi glitch" now has a full trick boost (100f) rather than a normal zipper boost (50f), and so I no longer charge a miniturbo as it's faster to maintain wheelie speed. The net section now features trick spam on the side of the net instead of 3 slow tricks off of the top face. The double trick at the end is better than the one performed on lap 1 (I get the full forward speed boost without sacrificing exit angle - on lap 1 I had to sacrifice speed for approach angle into the SC lap 2).
Lap 3 - Same strats as in lap 2, except... the turn after the wiggler section is done even better, the second log is done slightly worse due to QM for the U turn, and the U turn features yet another new strat, with a way less precise and much faster way of getting a fast low zipper trick, which is combined with a hop and weird zipper boost physics to get extra tight turning for an early wheelie.

Other notes:
- The turn after the cannon lap 2 looks like I lost significant time but that's just because the ghost is offscreened to the side (which looks like offscreening behind, which would mean significant timesave) and then returns back to being right behind.
- The end of lap 3 features a wheelie-jammed up-walltrick. I think this is the first TAS to ever feature a walltrick using an up trick, since up tricks are usually the one type of trick you don't want used (they shoot you up rather than down). This was faster than a jammed RSTA-walltrick (like in the glitch 3lap TAS) or a hop-jammed spin-STA-walltrick (like in the glitch flap TAS) in my testing. Do note, these names have to be this specific because there are so many ways you can approach this last trick that you need to be able to tell the difference.

Special thanks:
Ejay, Zappg, Burger, Canibal, Hibyehello, TASPlasma, Jellopuff, Wade, Vabold, and many others for giving me motivation and feedback over the past 4 months while I was working on this. This is likely one of my last major solo projects on a Nintendo category so I'm glad to have this over and done with.
