In this video we take a ride on Mississauga Miway’s route 10 Bristol-Britannia, which runs North and South between City Centre Transit Terminal (Square one Shopping Centre) & Meadowvale Town Centre. Route 10 runs 7 days a week almost 24 hours a day, and is based out of Miway’s Central Parkway Garage. This route uses 40 foot transit buses.
0325 is a 2003 New Flyer D40LF and is part of a 44 unit order (0301-0344). These were the first fleet of D40LF buses purchased from New Flyer by MiWay, and are in the process of Retirement. These units are powered with a Cummins 8.3L EPA2001 Diesel Turbocharged 6 cylinder Engine (ISL) and a 4 speed automatic Voith DIWA-864.3E transmission. These units use American Seating Model 6468 passenger seats, and operator controlled climate control.
