This time, I would like to show you how to make Mitarashi dango! which is one of my favorite sweets as you now. I will make it with very basic condiments so that it will be so easy to try out!
Mochi powder 40g
Mirin 2tbs
Soy sauce 2tbs
Sugar 3tbs
Potato starch 1tbs
Water
