On October 19, 2020, in Shreveport, Lousiana, Lydia Flores' boyfriend reported that she had been missing since 5 days earlier, 10/14/20. Lydia, originally from Longview, TX, hasn't been seen or heard from since, and tonight her brother Billy Mata comes forward to tell her story in the hopes that someone with information will come forward.
