1/3 cup whole wheat flour, roti ka atta, use as needed
½ inch ginger chopped
1 green chili chopped, adjust to taste
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp asafetida, hing
½ tsp cumin seeds, jeera
3 tbsp oil for cooking
