Hey Guys! Abstyler here, bringing you Mint Blitz's 2014 Halo Montage. The video is a really enjoyable watch, so stay tuned. This should give you a nice start into the weekend.
GAMEPLAY: The montage includes a high variety Halo 3 and Halo Reach gameplay. From high multikills over sick sticks to clutch NoScopes, this montage features everything. With some of the unique clips this almost creates a funtage feeling at certain points, in combination with the music and the editing. Overall this is a great mix of Mint Blitz's best Halo moments in 2014. One of my favorite clips is the under pressure NoScope at 2:45, as well the mid air bubble shield bounce stick on the lifter behind Mint Blitz at 2:51.
EDITING: The editing is layed back and chill. It features suitable angles to better illustrate the clips here and there, as well as some colourful CC work and transitions to underline the chilled atmosphere. However overall the montage is not overly edited in order pronounce the clips. The music choice fits the them well also. I don't really have any complaints, although I don't like letter boxing, when it cut's of part of the HUD that might be interesting to see. But I guess this is a personal preference.
Overall a very enjoyable viewing experience. The montage has a fair mix of high multikills and unique clips and the chill edit made them blend into a cool video. I'd give this a 8/10 in it's respective category of montages.
