The Minnesota Transportation Museum (MTM) makes a move twice a year to ferry its equipment to and from Jackson St to Osceola, WI. Leading the way this year was BN 6234, and Soo 559; an SD9 and GP7 combo! Thankfully, they even had a PTC exemption, so this was the SOLO power.
We start off near Minneapolis Jct, and work our way east towards BN University. At University, they switched over the the CP at Shoreham Yard, and were seen roaring up Shoreham Hill. Following this, we'll see them blasting though North Oaks, and one last time on the Dresser Line at Maple Island. These classic workhorses were a treat, and looked great pulling this mini passenger train.
