*Skill and Support Gems*
Skeletal Arsonists - Scattershot - Fire Infusion - Martial Tempo
Raging Spirit - Last Gasp - Feeding Frenzy (Tier 2)
Pain Offering - Persistence - Magnified Effect
Flame Wall - Fortress - Arcane Tempo
Flammability - Heightened Curse
Summon Infernal Hound - Elemental Army - Wildfire (Tier 2)
Shield Charge - Ingenuity (Tier 2)
Contagion - Unleash (optional) (Remove Contagion after switching to Minions)
Essence Drain - Controlled Destruction - Swift Affliction (Remove Essence Drain after switching to Minions)
I would switch from Chaos Spells to Minions in Act 2. I dropped the Chaos Witch Setup once I had + Minion Level on my Sceptre and Helmet.
*Minions Gear Progression*
Look for "+ Minion Skills Gems" on Helmet and Sceptre at the vendor. The helmet mod is uncommon. "+ Minion Skills" on Helmets start to show up at Item Lvl 5 or higher. For Sceptre, +1 shows up at level, +2 at 18, +3 at 36. Preferably go for a Rattling Sceptre. Spirit can roll on Sceptres and Body Armour in Acts 1-3. For your Shield "%increased Chance to Block" is a great affix.

Path towards Fear of Death first and then Lords of Horror.
*Resistances*
For Act 1 you want Cold Resistance. In Act 2 you want Lightning Resistance for the final Act 2 Boss. If you do the "Elemental Offering" (Act 2, Buried Shrines) you can choose a Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire Ring. Vendors can also sell Resistance Rings. If you do not have enough Resistance Rings I would consider gambling for one at the Vendor (Risu at Act 2, Alva at Act 3) if you have sufficient Gold. The Act 3 Boss will cause all 3 Elemental Damage types, but I would prioritise getting high Lightning Resistance. You can socket Glacial/Desert/Storm to get 12% Cold/Fire/Lightning Resistance.

*Aura Setup in Campaign*
During the Campaign use Haste, Herald of Agony and War Banner until you get the Charisma Passive Notable. With Charisma and enough Poison Chance you switch to Haste, Grace and War Banner.
*Aura Setup in Maps*
Once you lack damage in Maps switch from Haste to Malevolence. War Banner does not provide a lot of value with its stats but the Arenaline we get from placing the War Banner gives us about 30% more Damage. This is needed to kill Maps Bosses fast so we dont end up depleting our Life Flask Charges. Make sure to have used Withering Step twice before you place your Banner to get enough value out of the Arenaline Buff.
*Pantheon*
Brine King (Major) and Ryslatha (Minor). Use Ryslatha to get more Life Flask Charges sustain as in the current patch you will run out of Life Flask Charges too fast if you do not have enough sustain.

Once you have Branching Bolts
Spark - Unleash - Controlled Destruction - Faster Casting/Considered Casting (Tier 2 Support)
If you struggle with Mana use Inspiration as a 3rd Support.
Orb of Storms - Execute - Rising Tempest - (Considered Casting)
Flame Wall - Spell Cascade - Persistence
Conductivity - Heightened Curse
Mana Tempest - Premeditation
Skill Gem upgrade order is Spark - Orb of Storms/Flame Wall - Conductivity - Mana Tempest
*Spirit Gems*
Raging Spirits (for a little bit of extra damage early on)
or Grim Feast (sustain while clearing zones).
You can use Grim Feast supported with Clarity and Herbalism and drop Raging Spirit after the second Spirit Quest.
*Gear Progression*
Look for +Levels to Lightning Spell Gems or Spell Skills Gem at the Vendor. +Levels to Gems will provide flat damage. %increased Damage is important too but I would prioritise additional Levels to Gems over that. I had +2 to Spells in Act 1 and it was good enough for me for the rest of the run. You can also get +Levels to Spell Skills on Shields (Focus), Wands, Staffs and Amulet in the Normal Campaign.
Additional Gem Levels will increase the base Mana Cost significantly. You might have to use Inspiration as a Support Gem. Make sure to upgrade your Mana Flask regularly so that isnt necessary. Also, check the vendor for Movement Speed Suffix on Boots.
For Act 1 you want Cold Resistance. I only had 10% which made the fight quite a bit harder. You definitely want to opt for more. In Act 2 you want Lightning Resistance for the final Act 2 Boss. If you do the Elemental Offering (Act 2, Buried Shrines) you can choose a Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire Ring. Vendors can also sell Resistance Rings. The Act 3 Boss will cause all 3 Elemental Damage types.
In the first zone of Act 3 you can get a Lesser Jewelers Orb from the Orok Campfire.

First pathing route is to Branching Bolts so you can drop Pierce and then you go towards increased Arcane Surge Effect and Elemental Damage.
First Stormweaver Ascendancy Point is Arcane Surge.
