Sheep sometimes eat grass. When they do, a BUD switch can easily detect it. But it will also detect when the grass grows back, but its easily fixable to only give signal on the eating part by using the T-flip flop version of the BUD which im showing. One thing which is worth knowing though is that the pulse BUD does not always work like that, it seems to depend where you build it or in what direction. Try it first before building.
I also found out a way to totally delete blocks, check it out :)")

Note: This is designed for tracks which is only 1 wide.

Invented this by accident. Kinda neat that it can detect redstone breaking 2 blocks away from the sensors, which means it can detect redstone breaking OR any redstone update behind a block. And its also probably very useful when you need alot of bud sensors in a close proximity!")
