Sheep sometimes eat grass. When they do, a BUD switch can easily detect it. But it will also detect when the grass grows back, but it's easily fixable to only give signal on the eating part by using the T-flip flop version of the BUD which im showing. One thing which is worth knowing though is that the pulse BUD does not always work like that, it seems to depend where you build it or in what direction. Try it first before building.

I also found out a way to totally delete blocks, check it out :)
