I invented this sand based "starter mechanism" for a 3x3 door and I immediately had to experiment with it, coming up with various solutions, but eventually I thought "why not try it on a 2 wide door?" So I did, and the result was this beauty, which got the volume of only 160 blocks.

One issue with the door was that it was very unsynched, so I figured, why not try make it a spiraling version, and that turned out waaaay better and looked 1000% cooler, so that's why I'm making a video about that and not the horrible one.

In this video, I did not do a block by block tutorial because it's only 2 wide, and you don't really need a tutorial for that, so I did a flyby of it instead so you can get a good overview and pause if necessary.
