This is an improvised composition inspired by C418's Minecraft score, which I absolutely adore.
I wanted to experiment with capturing in-game footage using Minecraft and composing music to the footage, and it's something I plan to expand into a larger project. I'm not really a Minecraft player but it was fun to mess around with in creative mode, finding decent scenery to capture and inspire my music writing.
I decided to just improvise this piece, and this is only a small teaser for things to come. It's far from perfect, especially as I didn't use any set tempo or metronome, and it lacks any sort of core melody, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
