Adam Haynes | War Game - Original Music Composition (from 2008) @AdamHaynesMusic | Uploaded September 2019 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
This is one of four music tracks that I specially composed for a demo CD, which I submitted as part of my university application back in 2008.
It was the first time I'd properly composed "full-length" pieces, having only produced short segments before that. At the time I had decided to return to education and do a bachelor's degree in music composition, and a demo CD was a requirement of the application.
I thought it would be interesting to release these tracks publicly, as this month is the 10th anniversary of my university starting date. One of these tracks (Boat Adventure) has been available on my Soundcloud for a while, but the other 3 tracks have remained unheard outside of family.
These were created using Edirol Orchestral VST, and you can tell. The samples aren't great, but I did the best I could with them.
I will be reorchestrating these tracks soon :-)
Enjoy!
