Mills Brewing has just opened their taproom in Thrupp.
Pub benches fill a lovely suntrap courtyard, with additional seating inside the brewery and barrel store. They are serving their wild fermented beers on tap and in bottle, a Pilsner from Mills’ sister brand (Theremin), top tier cider and perry by Tom Oliver, in-house made kombucha, single variety apple juice and natural wines. There is a “season yourself” crisps offering, with 8 flavours to choose from.
Mills is owned and run by husband and wife, Genevieve and Jonny Mills. They will be serving the drinks. “We live in Stroud and are so happy to have been able to move our brewery here a year ago and finally open the doors to people properly!”
Opening hours are Friday 2-7 and Saturday 12-5.
