ITV Westcountry TV presenter Alex Lovell cut the ribbon to officially open the new Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home charity showroom at Bowbridge, Stroud.
Alex, a real animal lover, told Faye Hatcher how she also enjoyed 'pet cuddles' with the many dogs that attended the event.
