So the song is You're A Useless Child (君はできない子 / Kimi wa Dekinai ko) sung by Hatsune Miku. I lowered the pitch to make a Mikuo version.
The song's composer is Kikuo who, yes, also made Breaking Things Into Pieces, I'm Sorry I'm Sorry and We Should Not Do Bad Things. I do not own anything in this video.
