This picture, oh my gosh this picture, this picture is ART.
So, the song! I found it though Miku Flick/02 xD It's called "崩壊歌姫", or "Houkai Utahime" - which I'm pretty sure translates to "Disruptive Diva". Well 'houkai' is disruptive', 'uta' is 'song' and 'hime' is princess - so 'singing princess' can probably be equivalent to 'diva'. When I found out the song's producer is Machigerita i was like yep, this all makes sense now xD
I combined two versions of the song with Audacity to make this duet:
