I've been loving this song lately xD It's by Nashimoto-P, one of my favourite VOCALOID composers. The song's called called "Petenshi Ga Warau Koro Ni" (ペテン師が笑う頃に) and goes by two English names - "When Crooks Laugh" and "When Swindlers Start Laughing Out". I'm not sure which is more correct - if you know, let me know! But I went with the first for the title because it's shorter xD
I combined four versions of the song to make this. They are:
