A quick walkthrough of the new migration feature for updated node libraries in Bifrost 2.15.0.0! Principal Software Engineer Jonah Friedman demonstrates how advanced users can make substantial changes to their published packs but still allow users to upgrade automatically. It's possible to modify node names and namespaces, change parameter names and data types, and add parameters without breaking dependent compounds or Maya scenes. "Legacy values" ensure that existing assets continue to behave as they did before, even when new parameters have different defaults.
