Experiment #489: Steve Spangler "Energy Stick" Toy
(Rated G) Microwaving an energy stick toy wasn't the original plan for this episode, but it still turned out to be a good idea as it yielded quite the trippy results as it caught fire while continuing to light up. This is one of the weirder microwave episodes because I started it out as a "purist" episode because I'd forgotten to give the introduction when I introduced the item, but I talked about after the microwave steps. I actually had it for a couple years but the battery was running out so I decided to microwave it. Thankfully the microwave energized it once again. For those who don't know the Steve Spangler Energy Stick is a toy that shows if something conducts energy. Touching both ends is sufficient to get it to light up but there's so much more you can do. Anyways, today is also my friend Sammie's birthday so be sure to wish her a happy birthday. Even ifyou're watching after April 27.
