Prying apart an AntiGravity Batteries MicroStart XP-1 Personal Power Source/Jump Starter that had a bad cell (ballooned) in its battery pack.

I was a bit nervous about opening this as I didn't want to puncture the LiPo battery pack inside and have it spew flames.
