This is the original United Artists titles to the 1933 Disney short Puppy Love, scanned from a 16mm Kodak UK print dated 1965. The unique opening music heard here was apparently lost by the time the non-theatrical burlap version was made in the mid-1950s, and so a standard Mickey theme was used in its place. That altered soundtrack has been the regular version since then. In the UK, however, the original version somehow survived on 16mm rental copies, at least as late as 1965 as this print shows. There is – unfortunately – a major splice between the main title and the start of the action, so a little bit of the opening music/singing is still lost.
