Jamaican reggae-dancehall duo, Michigan and Smiley had a couple of hits, Rub a Dub Style, Nice Up the Dance and Diseases, before 1983’s Sugar Daddy, the album of which would be their final. They also contributed their version of Suzanne Vega’s Tom’s Diner which appeared on the cover-compilation album, Tom’s Album.
