Back & Biceps full workout routine below:
Exercise1.
Sets: 5
Repetitions: .
Do a few tests as warm-up, and then:
-Challenge each other.. Who can do the most?
(Oops... this can get... sensitive for him...) Exercise2.
Sets: 3
He: 10 reps per arm
She: 10 reps
(Girl... that means 60 reps!)
REMEMBER: When one loses power, just stay still, and the other one can continue)
Exercise3.
Sets: 3... Or 4.
He: 8 reps per arm
She: 8 reps
(Maximum 10 seconds rest in between sets)
-As I said: challenge each other and support each other... youre not burning any calories while in isolation, so Lets do another one!. Ladies, you will walk out of this quarantine with a better posture than ever, and your man
ooh...he will feel like...a MAN This was fun!
