On April 11, 1990, Michael Jackson comforted
Ryan White's mother, Jeanne, as they attended
Ryan’s funeral service in Indiana along with
1,500 other mourners including Barbara Bush,
Elton John & Phil Donahue.
Three days after Ryan's funeral, Michael called
Ryan’s mother, and said he'd promised Ryan he
could be in his next video, and now that he's
gone, he couldn't do that. Michael's next video
"Gone Too Soon" featured Ryan and was
dedicated to his memory.
