Whilst in Taiwan, Michael Jackson visits “Home
without Barriers,” a home for mentally challenged
children in the city of Kaohsiung. He watched the
children's performances & gave gifts to the
children that he had purchased himself,
personally earlier at a local toy store. Michael
stays for over an hour & also gives away 2,000
tickets to the children, their families & staff for his
concert.
