Michael visited the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, delivering toys, signing autographs, and meeting with children. He arranged for a bus to pick up a group of them from the hospital and take them to his concert. After the show, Cystic Fibrosis sufferer Raphael Recht, who danced on stage with Michael, recalled going back to the Hyatt hotel where Michael stayed while in Melbourne. “He had a PlayStation in his room and they hadn’t even been released in Australia yet and I was like “Oh so cool!” so he gave it to me with a heap of games!” Raphael also attended the second concert, where he met newlywed Debbie Rowe and some of Michael’s nephews & was asked by Michael to accompany him on the rest of the world tour. Unfortunately Raphael couldn’t go but carries the amazing memory with him to this day
