Mexican Street Tacos - Juicy Chipotle Chicken

2lbs Chicken (preferably thighs)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper 2tsp
Oregano 1/2tsp
Chicken Fajita Seasoning1tbsp or 1tbsp Adobo (hot)
Smoked Paprika 1 tsp
Chile Ancho Seasoning 2tsp
3 smashed garlic cloves
Chipotle Adobo Sauce 4oz
Cilantro
Onions
Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1 lime
Combine everything together and let marinate for 1-24hrs

Top with onion, cilantro, my homemade salsa verde and Queso fresco from @vvsupremo y que rico!
