Fideo

Made my family some fideo with potatoes and ground beef, *it’s Carne Picada not molida.

Add your broth and your sauce(I used a short cut and used a can of @elpatohotsauce with jalapeño sauce.

Add your seasonings and mix until well incorporated. Close the lid and cook until the potatoes are soft.

Seasonings:
Salt to taste
Pepper - 2tsp
Cumin - 2tsp
Adobo Hot -1tbsp
Sazon - 1 packet of the cilantro with tomato flavor

Seasoning for ground beef:
Salt to taste - 1tsp
Pepper - 1tsp
Onion powder - 1tsp
Garlic powder - 1tsp
Smoked Paprika - 1tsp

Serve in a bowl, top with cilantro maybe a little homemade salsita and a tortilla.
