I go through the entirety of the first visit of Volt Forge in this part. Activating the first tower in the generator isn’t too bad, but reaching the generator in the second tower is where things start to get difficult due to the Psy-bot battle (31:47). Due to the enclosed space, you really can’t move around, so it basically took me around half an hour to figure it out (33:54). The Control Beam turns out to work wonders here since it slows down time, you can get headshots with it, and it knocks them down, giving you some breathing room.
The next battle is against a Psy-bot Teleporter. Thankfully the Maintenance Tanks don’t deal as much damage, so it might be best to take them out before focusing on the Teleporter. With these two completed, the rest of the area should be cakewalk after you turn on Tower 2’s Generator since the Flight Drone MCU and “Sylux” battles don’t deal nearly as much damage to you compared to the Psy-bots. The Energy Tank after defeating “Sylux” also helps give you much needed breathing room.
With Towers 1 and 2 completed, you can finally head to Tower 3, where you will complete three different turorials (1:08:34), (1:11:31), (1:13:50) before you can reach the Certification room where you will take on Xelios. Overall, this is a very easy boss fight as long as you know how to dodge all of its attacks, and all you need to do is keep on hitting it with the Psychic Beam. After defeating it, we get the Psychic Boots which is basically the Space Jump Boots, get the second Master Teleporter Key, then start leaving the area.
