What is supposedly the final set of 7-star raids has arrived, or at least the ones before Pokémon Legends Z-A is out. Scarlet has a 7-star Roaring Moon and Violet has a 7-star Iron Valiant, and both have a variety of coverage moves which make them hard to take down with super effective moves/tera types.
I end up using Pecharunt here. Overall, with its high defense, Iron Valiant seems to spam Shadow Ball, so you will likely need an AI Bellibolt on your side. With its Light Screen along with its Mud Shot (for slowing down Iron Valiant), it should be an easy win.

Just as an FYI, there seems to be a bug going on in these raids. Once you catch the one of the the 7-star raid Pokemon you cannot catch the other one in the same save file! It's unknown if this is intentional or not. So for example, if you catch Iron Valiant, you cannot catch a Roaring Moon when you join their raid. If you catch a Roaring Moon first on your copy of Violet, you will not be able to catch an Iron Valiant on your copy of Violet.
