This seems to be a faster method than using Dondozo. Just like with Dondozo, you keep on spamming Breaking Swipe to lower Dragonite's attack. This not only builds your tera, but it'll trick Dragonite into spamming Dragon Dance more. Archaludon has Stamina which increases its Defense by one stage if it's hit.

Once the stats are reset, you should be able to survive a hit and use Iron Defense. From there, use a Tera Body Press to constantly deal damage and recover HP as Dragonite keeps on attacking you to boost your Defense stat.
