At the end of this month we will finally be able to get our hands on the new Metal Gear Solid 3 remake and I cannot wait. I am a big fan of the Metal Gear series and have already archived the 4 main installments. In order to prepare myself for the remake I decided to record Snake Eater once more, but now in glorious 4K. The game truly has aged beautifully with such great pacing, epic storytelling and fun, varied gameplay. A few things that hold it back are clunky controls and some of the boss fights were a lot more anticlimactic than I remember. Because of that I think the remake could really fix some of these issues and I cannot wait to controls Snake again in the awesome Unreal Engine 5.
