Compilation of various pre-release footage that was released years ago on sites like IGN or GameSpy. Posting them here as both IGN and Gamespot have been removing their old stuff recently and it would be a shame if these got lost.

Boss health slowly fills up when the boss fight begins.
Different grunt sound for Snake.
Different icons for the M1911A + AK47 (Same as the Trial Version).
The M1911A is referenced as "Government" in the weapon description.
There's full AK47 and M19 ammo pickups in The Pain's fight.
Food pickups have a x1 counter (Same as the Trial Version).
HQ backup calls take more time for each voice line (probably the timings weren't adjusted yet).
30:39: The scene at Dolinovodno is different (See NOTE #1).
32:51:"SURGERY" from the CURE menu is referenced as "OPERATION" (Same as the Japanese Version).
32:40: Cure menu videos have no sound and are centered on the screen.

There's splitter face paint set in Snake VS Monkey, could be an oversight when they copied the GCL scripts from v000a (Dremuchij South).
