EDIT: Now that Ultra Hammer skip easy method has been found, this trick is rather pointless.
I decided to mess around and see if I could find some things that you could do if you had Lakilester & Ultra Boots for Chapter 2, 3, and 4. It's pretty far-fetched that this sort of thing could find its way into All Cards because you'd have to beat Chapter 5 two more times, but I'm looking for the tricks anyway.
Since you have the Ultra Boots already, you no longer need the Ultra Hammer, so you could use it to get through Chapter 2 faster, and then replace it with the Super Hammer to complete the rest of chapter. The only thing that was standing in the way of beating the game after doing that was the metal block that this clip skips.
There are about a half-dozen other potential skips that, if found, could result in that Chapter 2 timesaver being possible without having to do Chapter 5 two extra times, so somebody please get one of those to work.
I wonder if this clip could be a frame-saver for the TAS?
