First one of these trailer reels from a tape I had to buy through eBay years later, rather than use from my own collection. BUT I did own a copy of this, same trailer reel and all, before then but we gave it away at a time we needed to declutter the house a little so...yeah, here we go! :D
CONTENTS!:
1) Columbia-Tristar Home Video ID
2) Scrolling Warning text
3) "The Mask of Zorro" trailer (This trailer makes this film look AMAZING...however to me, considering its been a good while and the only time I saw this was when I was about 7, it wasn't that great. Shame!)
4) "Close Encounters of the Third Kind: The Collector's Edition" Home Video Promo (Sorry about the jitteryness here.)
5) "Men in Black: The Series" Home Video Promo ("The biggest money-making film in Columbia's history"? Oh wow, Sony, don't be so modest!)
6) Domino's Pizza ad
7) "Men in Black: The Album" advert
8) Closed Captioning info
9) Danny Elfman doing symphonic dubstep...wait, of course not.

[EDIT: 12/7/2018
Im going back to my older uploads and removing content thats IDed a video out of viewability but I panicked mid-edit cause I hadnt used YouTubes own editor for a while so sorry for the confusion on this appearing as a new upload. Details on what was removed will be evident below. Enjoy...again!]
Ill upload more of these tomorrow and theres...like...6 more of these to go. Again, taped the entire special night Channel 4 had so...lots of good stuff. xD For now, Treehouse of Horror XI ends so interesting talking-heads documentary The World According to The Simpsons can begin. Hence, the following...
CONTENTS!:
1) The Simpsons end credits w/ announcer and slide (Whichre of a more Halloweeny flavour because of the obvious. Channel 4ve stopped doing new Simpsons episodes on Fridays at 9pm and just deploy them out silently during weekday 6pm showings now, btw.) / Sponsored by Pizza Hut bumper
2) Coming Up Next line-up for Simpsons Night
3) [EDITED OUT] Peep Show Promo
4) The Simpsons on 4 blippimajig (Evidentally, Itchy likes shooting Scratchy in the head when Peep Shows mentioned.) / The Simpsons on 4 sting
5) Zoo magazine advert (Im really, really, really, really sorry for indadvertedly promoting this mysoginistic peice of bullcrap because it just so happened to be in one of these uploads.)
6) Levis 501 advert
7) TV advert for the videogame Flat-Out
8) Homebase advert
9) Teachers Promo (Ive never watched this show so I can only say so much, but this promo is so unfunny it basically makes me want to punch everybody involved straight dead on the face...okay, not literally. Basically, this looks awful and some jokes from this would NEVER be made on TV now without a s***storm being rained on by the producers and writers.)
10) The Simpsons on 4 blippimajiggity / The Simpsons on 4 Promo
11) Special Channel 4 Simpsons ident (This is proberbly also my favourite one of these, IMO) / Sponsored by Pizza Hut bumper Channel 4 (UK) - Ads, Continuity & Junction (5th November 2004) (4)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/qM0GMhoa4jM/mqdefault.jpg)

PART 2: https://youtu.be/kndYxAvBf-c
So, Im still yet to resume VHS collection digitising from where I left off before December came along so on a whim, I decided to check out part of what I got from last year with ads and seeing how much I could share thats free of that one strange quirk that keep popping up every once in a while with this player...or something, still unsure what causes that but case and point, it seems like whats featured here is free from that quirk so here you go for now! When I redigitise this tape to cover over those quirks, there *will* be a Part 2 later but for now...
...so, the same tape that features some of Sky 1 from 1996 mainly has the 1998 film Elizabeth as it was the latest thing taped onto here and up until recently, I didnt fully realise that because the films FilmFour-produced, this airing was from Channel 4 itself...so Ive never actually seen the ad breaks between what turns out to be the films network TV premiere (and maybe also UK TV premiere in general, if it didnt get shown on the FilmFour channel before-hand?). By this point, Channel 4 were already experimenting with minimizing how zippy the ad breaks are, but even so its quite surprising just how tightly they get back to the film after the ad breaks are done. The transitions where the image formats from widescreen to 4:3 and back are present here for the sake of preserving how this was presented. Otherwise, not much else to say here, enjoy!
