I joined a Singapore server just because and it did not disappoint.
People always bitch and moan about ping but I dont give a damn.
Lets quickly talk about the map itself since some things have changed. The lighting has improved a significant amount and there have been some redesigns.
Not sure if I can get behind the "fencing off" idea but the biggest sins committed are the removal of the forward upgrade station and the shortcut back to spawn during setup time.
The meme for this entire mission is probably just the two random guys talking throughout it.
I guess the design was supposed to be some sort of TV show broadcast but the random TVs strewn about together with the T-posing models, I swear I have seen somewhere before, dont exactly scream consistent theme and very much make it look like a work in progress.
The mission itself is at the very least actually MvM but also not especially interesting or challenging. Red Bots once again interfering with actual players trying to join as well.
On Wave 4 I'm not even sure if we beat the wave as intended, if we completely broke the design or if it was just hilarious timing.
The entire mediocre experience falls apart on the last wave with an annoying as fuck bullet sponge boss that makes me question once again how the hell these missions get past testing like this.
And the solution to this garbage design? Spamming Uber Canteens. What a challenge!
