I guess it's time to complete one of the worst chapters of this game. BubbleMan's scenario forces you to use the "Press" NaviCust Program, which isn't that big of an issue just yet, as we don't have many programs. Mark my words, it will be quite annoying later on.
This is also the first time we'll see Style Change, boosting up our powers quite a lot. Styles function in a different way compared to their BN2 iteration. We can only save one of them at a time, and instead of beefing up as they are used in battle, they will reward us some nice NaviCust programs when they reach higher levels. They also happen more often now, it only requires 100 battles, instead of 280.
I got AquaShadow as my first style, but I decided to get rid of it at the end of the episode, and farm out BugStyle. Yes, I did mess up and select "keep leveling" when obtaining ShadowStyle, and yes, I got the wrong style while searching for it, but at least it's already done, and I won't need to bug MegaMan in the middle of an episode anymore.
Why all of this nonsense? Well, BugStyle will give us an amazing program when leveled up, and a pretty useful one when maxed out. I recommend y'all to do the same at this stage of the game, because one of those programs is needed to take MegaMan to maximum power later on.
As for BubbleMan himself, it's a pretty annoying boss, and with a wrong setup, it can become a nightmare. I had some issues but managed to clutch the fight at the last moment, so be careful and remember to load your folder with long-range attacks, as he'll never leave the last row.
