Finally I'm up against FreezeMan. Ironically, he's one of the easiest bosses so far, even after having a chapter filled with mindless backtracking and several trips to the Undernet. Having an electric elemental style made it even easier, as every single charged shot not only stuns him, but it deals 4x damage due to the ice panels, which are the only factor that makes him somewhat tricky to fight.
I did get a ton of chips for the library in this episode, UnderKoto has a lot of high level viruses just like the deeper parts of the Undernet and it shows. As we are getting close to the end of the game, MegaMan's level is getting closer and closer to 100. I'll probably don't reach said level before fighting the final boss, but as this is a 100% guide, I will show you how to get the remaining upgrades in a few post-game videos.
