This is it, the final battle is here! Lord Wily is finally going to decode and release Alpha into the Internet, with Lan and MegaMan giving chase. By using one of the Pulse Transmission systems we saw in the last episode, we can also achieve Full Synchro. Which, honestly, doesn't mean anything gameplay wise.
Just like in BN2, we have two final boss fights to conquer before watching the credits, with Bass being our first opponent. As usual, his LifeAura is a pain to deal with, but VarSword is enough to break the barrier, and also deal some damage with the Elemental Sonic Boom command. Just try to keep your HP close to your max, you're gonna need it.
Alpha is the big deal here, after swallowing both Bass and Wily, we can finally engage in battle. Make sure to have chips that deal several hits in one shot, or you'll have a pretty bad time. His core is the only weak spot of his entire body, and it's covered by a layered goop shield that you'll need to remove in order to hurt him. If you have a Wood Type style, you're okay to go, but I, for example, had to include several Yo-Yo chips to pierce through his defenses. Don't ask me how I managed to clutch the fight with barely one or two hits left, I don't know either.
