Push Scarb over the abyss with a horizontal drill dash. Then as he jumps, knock him down with a slice dash.
I am still considering using this combination in any%. Here are the trade-offs:
* Slice dash has strong synergy with Submachine Gun-Arm. 3 shots followed by slice dash kills normal enemies while denying them a chance to retaliate.
* A leg slot is now occupied. This likely means a slight reduction in movement speed.
* There would be no ability slot for spinkick. This frees up the hip slot, which is only mildly useful early game otherwise (possibly an extra jump, or movement speed if lucky).
* Mantibyte Leg is very common, so slice dash is an easy ability acquisition.
