This is the way you get up the inside tower before Kuwanger's fight. Essentially, you dash off of the first moving platform. Then, as you dash into the second one, you fire Shotgun Ice so that it destroys the turret and causes you to land on it.

Then you jump up to the next ledge, and can do one of two things. In the video, I move to the left wall and wall kick twice before dash kicking to the next turret and shooting Shotgun Ice. Alternatively, you could instead go to the platform on the right instead of going to the wall. It's basically the same.

Once you kill the turret before the ladder, jump up to the platform on the left. Immediately after landing, dash jump as high as you can up the ladder and immediately hold up. Once you stand up, immediately dash jump to the left wall. If you don't get that all within a certain amount of time, you will get hit by the turret. The rest is the same as normal Kuwanger climb.
